Accessibility Statement

We aim to make the Platform usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. Our design target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA. This is a target we work towards; it is not a certification and no independent audit is claimed.

• semantic structure with headings, landmarks and labelled form controls;
• keyboard operability for navigation, dialogs and primary interactions;
• visible focus indication and accessible names for interactive elements;
• colour contrast targets applied to the interface palette, with meaning not conveyed by colour alone;
• responsive layouts that support zoom and small-screen use, including a collapsible mobile navigation;
• text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.

• dense data tables and reporting views may be difficult to navigate on small screens or with screen readers;
• embedded document previews depend on the browser or device viewer and its own accessibility behaviour;
• documents uploaded by organisations, including scanned files, may not be accessible; that is outside our control;
• some complex interactive components are still being reviewed against the target level.

We will respond within a reasonable period and, where a fix is not immediately possible, will discuss an alternative means of access.

Accessibility is reviewed as part of interface changes, and identified issues are prioritised alongside other product work according to their impact.
