1.Scope

This policy applies to everyone who accesses the Platform. It forms part of the Terms of Use, and Customers are responsible for the conduct of their Users.

2.General obligations

  • use the Platform only for lawful, professional purposes and in accordance with the Documentation;
  • keep account credentials confidential and act only under your own account;
  • enter accurate information and correct errors promptly;
  • respect the permissions granted to you and do not attempt to exceed them;
  • verify safety-relevant information against approved sources before acting on it.

3.Prohibited conduct

  • sharing accounts, credentials or sessions, or impersonating another person;
  • attempting to bypass authentication, authorisation, role restrictions, page-level access levels, tenancy separation or record locks;
  • accessing or attempting to access another organisation's data;
  • probing, scanning, penetration testing, reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code without written authorisation;
  • automated scraping, bulk extraction or crawling beyond permitted export functions;
  • generating excessive load, denial-of-service conditions, or evading rate limits and abuse controls;
  • uploading malware, malicious payloads or content designed to compromise the Platform or its users;
  • uploading content you have no right to disclose, including third-party proprietary or export-controlled material;
  • falsifying records, attribution, sign-offs or time entries, or altering records to misrepresent work performed;
  • using the Platform to store data in breach of export control or sanctions requirements;
  • reselling, sublicensing or providing access to unauthorised third parties.

4.AI-specific restrictions

  • do not present AI output as approved data, an engineering instruction or a certification decision;
  • do not use AI features to circumvent verification, independent-check or authorisation requirements;
  • do not attempt to manipulate AI features to disclose data outside your permissions or to bypass controls;
  • do not use AI features to generate misleading records or documentation.

5.Fair use of resources

The Platform is provided for normal professional workloads. Requests, uploads and AI usage may be subject to reasonable technical limits to protect availability for all customers. Where usage substantially exceeds normal patterns we may apply limits after notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the service.

6.Enforcement

Breach may result in warnings, restriction of features, suspension of accounts or Organisations, termination, and notification of competent authorities where legally required. Where practicable we will notify the relevant Administrator before acting, and we will act proportionately.

7.Reporting misuse

Suspected misuse should be reported through the legal requests page or to the security contact.
